We require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for all standard commissions. This allows us to source premium materials, hand-letter your calligraphy, and curate the internal stuffing with care. Rush orders are available for an additional $35 fee, subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for corporate orders or events requiring multiple pieces.
Absolutely. Our Custom Luxe collection ($225) is designed for full customization. You can choose your color palette (monochrome or dual-tone), calligraphy style, ribbon selection, and internal stuffing items. The Noir Statement and Signature White have fixed designs but can be customized with personalized calligraphy. Share your vision in the inquiry form, and we'll confirm what's possible during our consultation.
Our balloons are 36 inches in diameter and designed to hold premium items safely. Internal items should not exceed 2 lbs in total weight and must fit within the balloon without damaging it. We can accommodate jewelry boxes, luxury chocolates, perfume bottles, and silk petals. We do not recommend fragile items or anything with sharp edges. For unusual requests, contact us directly to discuss feasibility.
We offer white-glove delivery within the Greater Vancouver area (approximately 30 km radius from downtown Vancouver). Delivery is included in the price for orders within this area. For deliveries outside this radius, we can arrange shipping with special packaging at an additional cost. International shipping is available—please inquire for details.
Yes. We specialize in corporate gifting and can handle multi-piece orders for launches, conferences, and events. Bulk orders typically qualify for a 10–15% discount depending on quantity and timeline. Contact us directly to discuss your corporate needs and receive a custom quote.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. If you need to cancel, the deposit is forfeited. If you reschedule to a different date within 60 days, the deposit can be applied to your new order. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund (50% of the total, less the deposit).
